Tine

Tine (°1990) started her professional dance education at the age of 12 at the Royal Ballet School of Antwerp. While still in school, she was selected to perform with the Ballet Flanders in La Bayadère and Sleeping Beauty. After graduating in 2008, she continued her education at the École-Atelier Rudra Béjart Lausanne, in Switzerland. There she trained in different dance disciplines (classical ballet, Graham technique, Horton technique, jazz dance, Indian dance), and other artistic disciplines (singing, percussion, theatre, martial arts) to become an all-round performing artist. During this two-year program, she also performed with the Béjart Ballet Lausanne in the ballet Le Concours in Paris, Milan and Montpellier. In 2011, Tine signed with the Chemnitz Ballet in Germany. During this season, she performed in choreographies by Lode Devos, Jochen Ulrich and Natalia Horecna, as well as in the opera Rigoletto (Verdi), and the musical Aïda (Elton John and Tim Rice). Since 2014, Tine has been working with Valentina Nigro and Company NOI and is frequently asked to teach classical ballet in different schools in Antwerp.
